Bring your full self to work

Too often people feel they have to be someone they are not at work. Plinth works differently. Just like the organizations we work with, we care about trust and authenticity.

Across the team we have philosophy nerds, religion nerds, yoga nerds, fancy dress nerds and plenty more. That is rather the point. What makes a good team is an environment that gets you excited to come to work every day.

There will be ups and downs, but we aim to build somewhere you can always take pride in your work.
